Whilst partaking in my daily blog reads I came across Mary's Life Update post which I really loved.
Even though I mostly use blogs to find out about new products I take serious interest in the people behind the blog too, it's nice to know they are people, if that makes sense.
Anyway I thought I might nab Mary's Life Update post and let you guys know what's been goings on...
Summer is officially over, quickly. I can safely say this was definitely one of my favourite summers. I began to socialise more and even started eating at restaurants which is something I never used to do.
I even managed to fit in some time to visit SushiSamba which was amazing, pricey but worth it for the experience. I absolutely loved the food and the view was to die for, I would recommend it highly!
I am also now a permanent member of staff where I work which is pretty awesome as I initially started off a summer temp.
I now have an official title as well as a decent pay rise...I haven't had the chance to celebrate yet though, maybe soon.
A few weeks ago I got my 6th tattoo. It was only what I can call an interesting experience but I love it. I got another Adinkra sign called Duafe.
Tattoos can be so addictive but I think this one will be my last...for the time being. Ha! Maybe I'll move onto piercings, I've been thinking about a nose piercing lately!
I now wear reading glasses! Why? Because I look at screens alllll day.

I am officially on a make up spending ban.
I am buying faaaar too much make up which is slightly ridiculous as I am not a make up artist and I do not intend on becoming one.
The ban is due to last until sometime in December but do not fret, I have plenty of products I am yet to use and review so I will be Shopping My Stash until then!
More personally I have been reflecting a hell of a lot lately on my past and what is due to happen in the future.
Ifeel know I have changed a great deal, I've gained so much confidence in myself which has in turn set my standards for life and then some but I am the sort of person who has a problem with patience.
I want everything now and I need to realise that this can't always happen.
Don't get me wrong I am FOREVER grateful for everything I have gone through, what I have achieved, lost and gained as this is what has shaped me to be the person I am today but I am always constantly itching to move forward which puts a dampener on the things that I have achieved...does anybody else experience this? Sigh.
DOS has also been making some movements!
When I first started this blog I had no idea that it was going to end up where it is today!
I've been given some great opportunities to review products, meet new people, attend events and liaise with amazing cosmetic companies.
Not only has my passion for blogging grown but also my passion for beauty and I am seriously considering merging the two for some exciting projects!
I want to say such a huge thank you to everyone who reads DOS, I very recently reached 300 subscribers on Blogger as well as increasing numbers on BlogLovin' which I am in awe about!
I never thought this blog would be so interesting to others but it is great to see that it really is providing help and assistance to those of you researching products or just looking for a good ol' read!
I will be launching a giveaway very soon jam packed with beauty goodies so stay tuned for that if that is something you would be interested in.
If you have any suggestions for the blog, any review or video requests or you just want to have a lil chat feel free to let me know via email (check my 'Contact Me' page) or leave a comment!
Thank you for all the support.
Feeling incredibly blessed.
