You guys know how much I love lipstick so I was pretty happy when I was sent some lip products from Fashion Fair to review.
I only have a foundation from Fashion Fair so I was excited to try their lip products. I had seen quite a few good reviews on YouTube and I wanted to see if the hype was real, thankfully it was!
I was sent three lipsticks: Posh*, Moroccan Spice* and Catfish* as well as a Lip Teaser - Chocolate Raspberry*.
Posh is the perfect nude for WoC and definitely my favourite out of the three, the brown undertone works so well against my skin tone, lip liner isn't even required, this would be the perfect everyday nude, and a perfect work lipstick.
When I first saw Moroccan Spice I was skeptical, orange based reds have never worked for me, I always stick to my blue toned reds but I decided to try it out anyway and I'm glad I did! Moroccan Spice has definitely changed my mind on orange based reds! I love the vibrancy of this colour, perfect for pepping up a simple look.
Catfight is another orange based red but not as red as Moroccan Spice, Catfight leans more to the red side. Another gorgeous red that packs a bunch colour wise and leaves the lips feeling moisturised.
Chocolate Raspberry Lip Teaser was a surprise, you guys know the only lip glosses I like are from NYX but Chocolate Raspberry was comfortable to wear and not overly sticky, my only issue with this Lip Teaser was its scent, it had a strong, icing like smell that didn't sit too well with me, but the colour and 'comfortability' were winners for me!
These Fashion Fair lipsticks are impressively pigmented, long lasting and moisturising, which, if I'm being honest, were three qualities I was not expecting from these lipsticks.
If you wish to pick up a Fashion Fair lipstick, you will NOT be disappointed, you can purchase Fashion Fair Lipsticks and Lip Teasers at Debenhams HERE.

I've not actually heard of this brand before. How would you rate them on value for money? Lovely review by the way :)

Hi Katy, I would rate them highly, their products are great quality and they have a good range of shades, plus their lipsticks feel great!!!
DeleteThe Moroccan Spice is calling me! I think I might invest in the Fashion Fair brand - I always thought of it as makeup that my mother's and grandmother's generation used (outdated), but obviously I was dead wrong!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely do! Their products are amazing and they cater for WoC which is always a plus in my books!
