I knew about it, but I also knew about it's £29 price tag which had put me off buying it for the longest, but when you keep on seeing this powder time and time again in all of the tutorials you watch on YouTube, you're bound to cave and that is exactly what happened to me.

I'll tell you why.
This powder is exactly what it says it is - a setting powder.
Now, I've been into make-up long enough to know a majority of the time the claims stated on an item of makeup may not always ring true.
With LMTP the claims are oh so true!
Let's rewind back a few weeks to the end of August when I applied a full face of makeup on an unexpectedly hot and humid day.
I did not see it coming.
Dressed in a lightweight but high neck jumper and already rushing as I was running late, I arrived at my destination with my make-up in rebel mode - it wanted to leave.
Finally I cooled down but heated up immediately once I got on the tube again.
STRESS.
When I got home ALL of my make-up had practically melted off besides the areas I had highlighted and that was because these were the areas I set with my LMTP. Those areas looked flawless!
I was a fan of the LMTP when I first used it but since that day I have been a Stan for this powder.
I no longer find myself reaching for my banana powders (comparison post) anymore as I tend to find them far too drying.
As a brown girl I was sceptical about leaving my banana powders and using this to bake, I mean look at the colour, but whilst this isn't completely translucent, the cast left over is nothing my face powder brush cannot tackle.
When I'm not baking but just using as a light powder to set my foundation, there is no cast left.
All in all I am in love with this powder, it sets my makeup in place for a majority of the day and it's lightweight texture means my face doesn't feel weighed down when I use this.
It mattifies perfectly without drying out your face like some powders (looking at you Ben Nye Banana Powder) but also sets well with your favourite face spritz.
The only con to this is the price but for the amount you need, you'll have it forever!
I am happy to say this hyped product is one that I am glad to have in my arsenal!
